So this weekend I take my oldest daughter daughter to College for her Freshman Year.
I have to say that it has been a shock to my system as the day approaches and the time draws near.
And that I still see her as my little girl. And I am sure there are millions of Moms and Dad’s out there JUST like me right now.
If you are one of them – then I will say to hang in there – the sadness will only be for a little while.
And just think of all the Partying you can do when they are gone!;-)

This week I mailed out about 2,500 Direct Mail Letters to Home Owners.
The criteria I looked for was as follows:
1. Built in 1998 and above.
I then created a Google Voice number JUST for this mailing, recorded a simple message, you may remember the old Joe Kaiser message from years back… less the private cell number being given – ran out of room on the recording.
NO Website was given
What would you be looking for on this kind of mail outs?
Exit Strategy: Sell With Owner Finance or Lease Option
What could I have done different:
Put on the letter that it was a 24-7 Recorded Message, that that really wouldn’t meet the format of the letter – Just Sayin…
What’s Next – Testing – and More Testing – to get a better response.
