- it is a HUGE Weekend for me,
a lot of driving, and letting go
of the hands of my little girl
as she starts her college days.The nice thing is I think I
have done my part to ready her
and she has an Entrepreneurial Spirit. 

In Honor of her, and you my readers, I have given you a heck of a weekend special

Well let’s ask this – if someone held a Gun to your Head and said Go talk to
Seller – would you do it then? 

If you were given 2 weeks and then
it was YOUR house were being foreclosed on?

What would you do?

The HARDEST thing to do is to take Action,

ANY Action, or find someone who will for you.

Did you know you can find stay at home moms to
answer your phone and talk to sellers for you?

And just pay them a commission.

These same people will set up, compile and run your direct mail
campaigns
.

You can train people to look at houses for you

You can find someone in the Philippines to track
down all the FSBO’s in your area or build a buyers
list for you.

You can pay a Boy Scout Troop to hand out fliers and
door hangers – and it will actually get done.

Realtors will be glad to work with someone they
know and trust – and send Pocket Listings.

A simple Greeting Card and Brownies go a long
way to cut through rough exteriors.

Get into a conversation with them on Facebook
and don’t FORCE your investing down their throat,
let it come natural.
(You can be anyone you want to be on Facebook)

And then there is the Old Standby -

Do some Driving For Dollars – and write them a letter
or send a post card.

But Bottom line – Do Something! Anything – This Weekend
