Unfortunately, what they leave out is that in 2007 – when
the real estate market totally tanked – their “system”
stopped making money, and they lost a bundle.

And of course, those who were following their strategies
also took a beating. Many literally lost everything they had.

So what does all this have to do with you?

Well, like many investors, David Montelongo (former star of
